Gazpromneft picked Karma to join the StartupDrive accelerator.
Gazpromneft is the 3rd largest oil producer in Russia. Company spends more than 5B on subcontractors annually, and a significant part of this budget is spent on small-medium businesses. That’s where Karma could be the helping hand, providing theirs core product: SMB loans for the government/corporate contract execution.
The main goal of Karma at the StartupDrive accelerator is to launch a collaboration and start financing Gazpromneft’s pool of SMB subcontractors. That would be a significant step to increase loan volume of the platform.
Karma is an investment platform where private and professional investors can lend to businesses online while keeping a risk premium. In Russia, the company is regulated by 259-FZ.
